The River Tweed Trail will include a dedicated cycle route with path improvements and additional signage. New accomodation and bookable experiences, such as the Crook Inn Bunkhouse (pictured), will enhance the visitor offer along the Trail. Credit: Airborne Lens.

I used to come to the old Crook with my parents and grandparents in the 1940’s and 50’s. The old Crook used to have dances at the weekend which I then enjoyed with my husband. I came from Biggar and my husband from Stobo. I then brought my children and felt ‘lost’ when it closed down as it is part of the local history. I’m glad to see it coming back to life!
