Sunday Drive

Sunday Drive
The Crook Inn and Wee Crook Cafe.

Out for a Sunday drive with my son who is learning to drive. It was a lazy Sunday afternoon when we thought we would take a trip out to Moffat for lunch. Got to Moffat from Lochmaben but didn’t feel too hungry and decided to keep driving, good experience for the learner.

We just fancied a wee coffee in a scenic cafe when I remembered about the Crook Inn.

I have a fondness for the place from my childhood on Sunday drives or stop offs on our way to Edinburgh. The first thing I saw was the beautiful arch with leaping lambs on the entrance to the Crook garden which I loved as a kid.
