By submitting your story and/or images, you agree to the following terms. These outline how your contribution may be used as part of the Destination Tweed projects and help ensure we handle your material respectfully and appropriately.
- You agree to let us use the story and/or image you have provided at no cost for use as part of the Destination Tweed projects, including the development of the River Tweed Trail.
- The story and/or images you give us may be made available publicly in digital or other format and the content may be adapted to fit the style and content of the Destination Tweed projects.
- We are under no obligation to use your story/image for any of these purposes.
- You agree that we may contact you again to obtain further permissions, or to ask for clarification of the story/image submitted.
- If you are under-16 at the time of submission you have the agreement of a parent/guardian to submit the material.
