The River Tweed Trail is due to welcome walkers, cyclists and active travellers through the area from 2028.
A free workshop for local businesses, community organisations and emerging enterprises along the River Tweed Trail will take place on Thursday 22 October 2026, from 1.30pm to 5pm, at Coldstream Community Centre.
It will focus on how local businesses and communities can benefit and what the Trail could mean for Coldstream, Cornhill-on-Tweed and the surrounding area.
Whether you already run a business, represent a community organisation or are developing a new idea, this practical workshop will help you consider ways to attract visitors, create bookable products and services, and encourage people to stay longer and spend locally.
Places are limited, so early booking is recommended.
